This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service, and tells you about your privacy rights.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

"Account" means a unique account created to access our Service.
"Affiliate" means an entity linked to a party by control.
"Company" means CNT, 320, Boulevard ZERKTOUNI, Casablanca.
"Cookies" are files placed on your device by a website.
"Country" refers to: Morocco
"Device" means any device that can access the Service.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identifiable individual.
"Service" means the web platform.
"Service Provider" means any person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
"Usage Data" means data collected automatically.
"Web Platform" means CNT Academy, accessible from www.cntacademy.ma
"You" means the user of the Service.

Your data may be processed in different locations, but we will take steps to keep it secure.

Measuring the use of the CNT guides

To report to the CNT on the use of the guides published on cntacademy.ma, we measure, with our own servers and without any advertising tool:

the guide, module and lesson pages viewed;
the videos and audio started, and how far they are played (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%);
the documents opened through our download links (addresses under /dl/…), including from an email, WhatsApp or a QR code, with their source;
module enrolments, quizzes started, completed and passed, and clicks on the enrolment buttons.

These measurements contain neither your IP address, nor your browser, nor your name, nor your email address. When you are logged in, they are linked to the internal identifier of your account. Your IP address is used transiently, without being stored, to limit abuse and avoid duplicates. Bots and link previews are excluded from the statistics.

Detailed measurements are kept for 24 months at most, then aggregated.

Cookies used for this measurement

Both cookies are set by cntacademy.ma only and are not shared with any third party:

cnt_sid: a random identifier of your browsing session, so that the same visit is counted once. It is deleted when you close your browser.
cnt_at: a copy of your login token, to recognise you when you open a download link reserved for registered users. It expires with your session.

YouTube videos

Course videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube sets no cookie before you start playback. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may collect data under its own privacy policy.
